The name
Why “Once Again”
The best meals are the ones you find yourself talking about on the drive home — the ones that pull you back through the door. We named our restaurant after that feeling. Once Again is built around moments worth repeating: another round of plates for the table, another cocktail as the sun drops, another night that ends with “same time next week?”
The kitchen
The food
Our kitchen draws on the street stalls and family tables of Thailand, Vietnam and China, served the way Asia eats: in the middle of the table, for everyone. Modern Asian shared plates, made to be passed around — alongside cocktails built to keep up with them.
The people
The people & the room
We're a small team of cooks and hosts who care about the details — the char on the wok, the balance in the glass, the welcome at the door. Our home is a warm, plant-filled room at 10 Kurrawyba Ave in Terrigal, directly across from the Crowne Plaza and a three-minute walk from the beach.
